There are no setup costs or subscription fees, and HelpLink covers all payment processing fees. For businesses that open a Reserve Fund program, a 6% fund stewardship fee applies to donations into that fund to cover compliance, reporting, and administration.

Yes. Once a company signs up, employees can create their own accounts using the company's custom URL. Employees can set up personal pledges, donate to specific needs, and even have their donations matched by their employer — all through the HelpLink platform.
